Through a partnership with Payment Service Network, Tenant File customers can use the PSN excellent online rent payment system for receiving Tenant rent payments. This innovative product has a web payment site where your tenants can make online payments - one at a time or by setting up recurring payments through automatic bank draft or credit card.

We at Tenant File have worked closely with PSN to offer this exciting product at a discounted pricing structure that will allow any Owner or Property Manager to offer this rent payment gateway. Some of the fees may be passed back to your customers.
