The Tenant File Sample Program - this is the actual program, complete with sample data entered for you to experiment with. You can even edit the information to enter your own Owners, Properties, Units, Tenants, Vendors, Checks, and then run sample reports. You are limited to 10 uses, and cannot add new units.  The size of this file is about 15 Megabytes, and it will expand to about 45 Megabytes when installed.

TO DOWNLOAD THE Tenant File SAMPLE Program:
Click on the file link below, and choose 'Save'. The file will be downloaded to a temporary folder. Once that is done, you can double-click the download to run the installation.  Follow the on-screen instructions. (It will install by default into a folder named C:\Tenant File\TFSample).

Note: Be sure you have no other programs running when you install this program. If you do, you might get an 'file not registered' message. If you get that message in the program, simply run the Tenant File by right-clicking on the shortcut (instead of double-clicking) and choose 'run as administrator' to allow Windows 7 to register any files automatically.
