We have had some reports that the Windows XP Service Pack 2 may not be compatible with some third party vendor files. We have received some updated files from this vendor and have provided a download for you. The files are rather small, so this should not take long. If
you are having problems with registering the following files, take the steps
below: File
names which are part of the XPSP2Fix.exe download:: Note: This may overwrite these 2 existing files with the same name, so save them first, if you wish to keep the older files for any reason. Be sure that you do not re-install the Tenant File after downloading these files, or you will overwrite these newer files - the Tenant File must be installed first (ignoring any errors regarding these files), then download the newer files. Step
1: Click
on the link below to download the self-extracting compressed file (XPSP2Fix.exe),
which contains the 2 updated files. Step 2: Click 'Run' (or 'Open') to unzip the compressed file. Download the attached files into your Windows SYSTEM Folder, which is the default folder for the compressed file. (On Windows XP, your system folder is usually C:\Windows\System 32). If this is not correct, change the download path before downloading. Step 3: Repeat this for any other computers running Windows XP SP2. Click
here to begin the download
