You may ask, how can the Tenant File be so affordable - what's wrong with it? The question really should
be, why do the other companies charge so much? We
can only guess that the other guys have a big sales staff or
advertising overhead and that the programs are so
complicated that the typical computer user can't figure them
out without training and tech support. Why not make it easy
enough so that you don't need a lot of technical support?
