Just click the 'Ledger' button and you will be presented with year-to-date Owner, Property, Unit, or Tenant income and expense transactions! The Owner Accounting is neatly divided among the Owner, Property, and Unit Ledgers. Every Tenant has a separate ledger, too.

It is easy to click into any row, make the changes, and exit. Today's date can be automatically entered for you. All transactions are sorted by date each time you enter the ledger.
