Each Vendor you set up can have any number of payments assigned. Use this feature for recurring payments, such as Mortgage Payments, Insurance payments, or other similar payments.

When you press 'Start' , checks will be automatically created and added to other checks you have waiting to be printed. Once printed, the Tenant File will automatically post each transaction to your ledgers.
