Select any account category in the system for automatic posting to one or all of your ledgers
This versatile feature can be used to automatically post any income or expense, including recurring or fixed charges. For fixed charges, simply click 'Fixed Amount' and choose the account that you want to use. Checks can be issued for each of your postings, or a cumulative check can be created. Use this feature to post recurring charges such as parking fees, fixed charges such as filter replacement on all units, taxes, and more!
