Tenant File Personal Training
You can get personal training on the Tenant File with an expert. The training sessions are by appointment only, so after you purchase the training, you will need to call us at 1-800-398-3904 and schedule an appointment.
We suggest that you set up a 'remote' training session, so that we can log onto your computer and work with you on your own screen. To do that, you will need to follow these instructions: How to set up a remote session
NOTE: If you have scheduled an appointment, payment must be received within 24 hours of the appointment or it may be cancelled. It is up to the purchaser to call at the scheduled time, and you can call a couple of minutes early to allow to the connection process. Please be aware that if you call late, you will only have the remaining time left for your appointment, and no-shows will still be charged for the full amount. If you have to re-schedule, we must be notified with at least a 24 hour notice, or the full amount will be charged for the original appointment.
