Tenant File Phone Support / Remote Connection - up to 30 minutes
If your initial phone support has expired, and you would prefer to not use our free web support ('Help > Web Support' within your program), you can order a one-time phone support session. This phone support is for questions with a maximum time of up to 30 minutes. We highly suggest that you take advantage of our remote connection capabilities, so we can view or work on your computer. However, you must set up the connection before you call, so that we can connect right away. Here is how to set up the connection.
Once you have ordered the Support, call our Support line at (800) 398-3904 to schedule a date and time for your session. Hours are Monday -Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm Central Standard Time. Be sure that you note the correct time for YOUR time zone.
NOTE: You must FIRST purchase the session, THEN give us a call to schedule the appointment. It is up to the purchaser to CALL US AT 512-288-1305 at the scheduled time, and you can call a couple of minutes early to allow to the connection process.
Please be aware that if you call late, you will only have the remaining time left for your appointment, and no-shows will still be charged for the full amount. If you have to re-schedule, we must be notified with at least a 24 hour notice, or the full amount will be charged for the original appointment.
