Tenant File Phone Support / Remote Connection - up to 30 minutes
If your initial phone support has expired, and you would prefer to not use our web support ('Help > Web Support' within your program), you can order one-time phone support. This phone support is for questions with a maximum time of up to 30 minutes. We highly suggest that you take advantage of our remote connection capabilities, so we can view or work on your computer. However, you must set up the connection before you call, so that you can give the technician the connection number right away. Here is how to set up the connection.
Please wait at least 10 minutes after ordering, then give us a call at 1-512-288-1305. Hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm Central Standard Time. If a technician is not available, we will schedule a time at your convenience.
NOTE: If you have scheduled an appointment, payment must be received within 24 hours of the appointment or it may be cancelled. It is up to the purchaser to call at the scheduled time, and you can call a couple of minutes early to allow to the connection process. Please be aware that if you call late, you will only have the remaining time left for your appointment, and no-shows will still be charged for the full amount. If you have to re-schedule, we must be notified with at least a 24 hour notice, or the full amount will be charged for the original appointment.
