Database Inspection and Repair - ONLY AVAILABLE FOR VIRTUAL SERVER CUSTOMERS
The Tenant File uses a Microsoft Access database to store your data. However, database can become corrupted, although it is rare. If your database gets corrupted, we can repair it in most cases. (Typically, a Microsoft database error is in the '3000' number range).
Generally, we can fix a database within 24 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays). Just order the repair here and our technicians will evaluate your database and repair it if possible.
Here are the steps:
1. Order and pay for the repair.
2. Send a web support ticket from our 'Support' page at TenantFile.com.
3. Be sure to include your order number and detailed information about the error message, along with your complete company information and contact.
Note: The file TFDATAFL.MDB is your MAIN database and typically the one to send. Your INACTIVE database is 'TFDATAOF.MDB', your Features database is 'FEATURES.MDB', and your Work Order Database is 'WORKORDR.MDB' (MDB stands for 'Microsoft Database' and may not always to shown as part of the file name in your directory. Make sure the 'file type' is MDB or Microsoft Database).
