This fee is for Tenant File Version 9 customers that want a Tenant File technician to upload their data to the Tenant File Virtual Server.
You will receive step-by-step instructions with your Virtual Server order to do this yourself. However, if you want a Tenant File technician to connect to your computer and do this for you remotely, you will need to first order this service, then call us at 512-288-1305 to set up an appointment time convenient to you.
