Increase Rent Feature

Increase rents for some or all Tenants automatically!

The Tenant File can increase rents for you. Just choose whose rent you want to increase, put in the amount and it's done! Or, if you want to set a rent increase on a date in the future, no problem!

You have the choice to increase every rent in the Tenant File at once, or you can limit the increase to a specific group of rentals, such as all rentals under one specific Owner, under a certain Property or just one rental unit.

Additionally, you can increase the rent by a fixed amount or by a percentage amount.
