Tenant File Training
In order to serve our customers better, we offer telephone training or support in 30-minute sessions. During the session, you will talk with a qualified Tenant File expert to answer specific questions, or receive step by step instructions. Whether you are new to the Tenant File or want to utilize it to the fullest, our training will help.
The best way to utilize our training is for you to have your questions ready. We can connect to your computer remotely via the Internet, so that we can see how you have everything set up. However, the time to get connected will be part of the time charged, so be sure to have everything set so that the connection is immediate.

How to book a training session:
1. First, go to the PAYMENT PAGE and process the order by credit card. Be sure to choose the correct version, either the DESKTOP or the VIRTUAL SERVER.
2. Then call us at (512) 288-1342 to schedule an appointment time. Typically we can book it with a few days notice.
Terms of Training: YOU MUST CALL at exactly the designated time at the number below to receive the full time. If your call is late, only the remainder of the scheduled time will be available. Appointments will be charged the full amount if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Remember that all times are booked in CST (Central Standard Time), so adjust your calling time according to your own time zone.
