Each Owner, Property, Unit, Tenant, and Vendor has nearly a full screen of note space. This area is free form, so that you can enter anything you wish. Use this space for repair notes, additional tenant information, work or rental history, insurance information, credit checks and more!
Plus, there is more note space in the Features Section, where you can add a full description of the rental unit. This description can be automatically inserted into your online ad if you are running the (optional) RentalWIZ service. Also you can print out the features and description from the report section.
