Step one:
Decide on one of the 3 options below. If you are choosing a paid option, go ahead and click the PayPal button and set up your monthly subscription.

Free one year subscription (from purchase date) for all Tenant File Version 9 users

We will set up your own web page, which you can link to in your emails and on your own website. If you don't expect to have any more than 3 vacancies at any one time, this is for you.

We will set up your own web page, which you can link to in your emails and on your own website. If you don't expect to have any more than 10 vacancies at any one time, this is for you. You can upload 3 images of each vacancy, and syndicate your listings to major sites on the Internet such as Apartments.com, Padmapper, Vast, Tenants.com and others. You can also create flyers for your rental properties.
This version is $14.95 per month

We will set up your own web page, which you can link to in your emails and on your own website. This version will support an unlimited number of concurrent vacancies and allows for up to 10 images per rental.

Step two: Send us the info we need to set up your RentalWIZ account:

    Once you submit the information below, we will send you a link to download the RentalWIZ application, along with your passwords and  instructions. Please allow 24 hours for processing, and be sure to check your email spam and junk items if you don't receive a reply. The email sent to you will be from '[email protected]', so please add that to your 'preferred sender' list.
