Tenant File 100 Unit Version
This is the latest DESKTOP 100 Unit Version of the Tenant File Property Management Software for new users. This version supports up to 100 Units, Properties or Owners. After the order is placed, you will receive an email containing your user name and password, plus a link to download the software. This download link will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order, normally the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
NOTE: This product is a download, and is not refundable after the charge is submitted. We do offer a free 'Sample Program' from the Tenant File home page, where you can try out the actual product ahead of time. Tenant File is in the process of migrating all products to a virtual server or cloud-based computing because Microsoft has signaled that they may not support desktop technology in the future. This product does not come with free support, but paid support is available for a limited time.
