By ordering the Tenant File Work Order Request, you'll also the RentalWIZ service! Just follow the steps below:

Step One:

Set up the $14.95 monthly payment through PayPal.
After ordering, you'll get an email from us with your new Account ID to get set up.

Step Two:

Complete the form below to request the updated Work Order Program.

Notify your tenants:

Your tenants will need to enter their 'T#' with each work order, which identifies their name and rental address for you. This can be found under Settings > File Operations > Tenant File Links in your program.

We will provide an email template to send under the 'Easy Email' section of the Tenant File Program.

This will be provided in the email you'll receive under Step Two.
